The terms and conditions set forth under Subscriptions to Print and Digital Products apply to all contracts and contract offers regarding the regular subscription to print products and digital products, as well as to access to the digital content of the website.

The Terms of Use (“Agreement with Advertising”) set forth the terms and conditions governing access to the digital content of the website for third parties who are not SZ subscribers.

The terms and conditions for advertising orders are set forth under [Advertising Orders](https://agb.swmh.de/ sz_anzeigen), the terms and conditions governing advertising orders are set forth, i.e., the terms and conditions regarding the publication of one or more advertisements by an advertiser or other inserter in a print publication, an e-paper, an e-magazine, an online news portal (including digital marketplaces), other websites, and on mobile applications, as well as other media of the publisher.

The terms and conditions for orders of products from the SZ Shop are set forth under Deliveries.

The “Events” section sets forth the terms and conditions for SZ events (in-person events, digital events, or hybrid events), both

• for participants as well as
• for partners, i.e., exhibitors and sponsors.

The terms and conditions for ordering products and services via reverse auctions and/or the “Buy It Now” option are set forth in the Purchase Terms.

To the extent that specific terms and/or notices are included on individual offer pages, promotional materials, and similar documents, these shall apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. For contracts concluded within apps offered by the publisher (so-called in-app purchases), the terms of use of the respective app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store) may apply in addition. In the event of any conflicts, the more specific provisions shall prevail.

For customers of the SZ Archive, for suppliers, and in all other expressly specified cases, the terms and conditions agreed upon in those respective instances shall apply.
