The legal requirements are derived from the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSG), in particular Section 14 in conjunction with Section 3 (1) BFSG, with reference to the Ordinance on the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFSGV).

• Through regular reviews and adjustments, we ensure that our digital offerings comply with legal requirements and are continuously improved to guarantee high accessibility and security for all users.
